Professional Summary

I'm a director-level data and AI product leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms, product roadmaps, and analytics solutions.

My work centers on identity resolution, data architecture, governance, and AI enablement — translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business value across marketing, sales, and operations.

About

Twelve Years Turning Fragmented Data Into Trusted Product

My focus is identity resolution, data architecture, governance, and AI enablement — and cross-functional team leadership that translates complex technical capabilities into measurable business value across marketing, sales, and operations.

Today I lead a team of data product managers at Blend360, driving delivery across enterprise-grade data, AI, and marketing technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients.

Previously, I built and led analytics and MarTech functions at DMW Direct and Harte Hanks, and started my career as a business analyst at Independence Blue Cross.

How I Think About Product Management

My approach to product management for data and AI platforms is shifting the same way modern software delivery is: away from linear hand-offs and status meetings, toward a continuous loop where clear, written intent — not decks — is what moves work from idea to production. As AI collapses how long it takes to build and test, the real bottleneck moves to planning and review, so I spend my time capturing problems in plain language early, encoding governance and institutional knowledge as reusable standards rather than tribal habits, and reserving human judgment for the decisions that actually carry risk. AI should own the mechanical work of implementation and verification; product leaders should own the intent, the trade-offs, and the accountability no agent can take on.
